Building Management

Configuration > Buildings > Building Management

1. Search - search by building number or building name

2. All Building Types - filter by building attribute
   All Building Types (default)
   Cafeteria
   Kitchen
   Online Store
   Production Site
   School
   Warehouse

3. Include Inactive - check to include inactivated building in the search results

4. Reset - click to reset search parameters

5. Add New Building - click to create a new building
   

1. Number - enter the building number

2. Name - enter the building name

3. Abbreviation - enter the building abbreviation

4. State Identifier - enter the building's state identifier

5. Sort Order - change sort order if needed

6. Cancel - click to return to the previous screen without creating a new building

7. Save - click to create the new building and be redirected to the building's general tab

6. Advanced - click to use additional filters

7. Building Groups - filter by building group(s)

8. Search - click to apply advanced filters

9. Number - click to sort by building number

10. Name - click to sort by building name

11. Building Groups - notice building group(s)

12. Current Balance - notice the building's current balance

13. Active - click to filter by active status

14. Pencil - click to be redirected to the building's General tab

15. < > - click to scroll between pages
